Maui
Maui is located in the center of the Hawaiian Island chain. It is the second largest island, 729 square miles.

Kaanapali Resort Area
The Kaanapali Beach Resort is the world's first planned resort community. Within its 1,200 acres there are two championship golf courses, private homes, five condominiums, several restaurants, the Whaler's Village Shopping Center and Museum, and six hotels.

Lahaina Town
Just three miles south of the resort is Lahaina Town, a lively little port that is one of Maui's top visitor attractions. Lahaina, once the royal capitol of the Hawaiian kingdom, still exudes a special charm that contributes to its rich heritage.

Driving Information

From Kahului Airport (Route indicated in red.)
Approximately 25 miles, 45 minutes driving. As you depart Kahului Airport, continue forward on Keolani Place. At the light, you will cross Haleakala Hwy. and the road becomes Dairy Road. Proceed through the light at Puunene Avenue and the road becomes Hwy. #380, or the Kuihelani Hwy. You will be heading Southwest toward the West Maui Mountains. At the next light Hwy. #380 ends at Hwy. #30, the Honoapiilani Hwy. Turn left onto Hwy. 30. The drive along Hwy. 30 to Kaanapali is approximately 20 miles of scenic coastline, enjoy!

In approximately 17 miles you will enter the town of Lahaina where there are several stop lights. Continue 3 miles to the Kaanapali Resort. Golf courses will greet you, and as you approach the first stoplight, move into one of the two left turn lanes, turning left onto Kaanapali Parkway. Proceed along the parkway past the Whaler's Village Shopping Center, until you see the Kaanapali Beach Hotel on your left. The next left turn is a U-turn back then a quick right into our driveway. Aloha, you have arrived!
 

From the Kapalua West Maui Airport (Route indicated in yellow.)
Approximately 4 miles, 10 minutes driving. Proceed down the hill on Akahele Street to Hwy #30, or Honoapiilani Hwy., turn left. Proceed 4 miles to the Kaanapali Resort and turn right at the resort's second entrance, Kekaa Drive. At the stop sign, turn left, proceed to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. Turn right onto Kaanapali Parkway and soon you will see the Kaanapali Beach Hotel on your left. The next left turn is a U-turn back then a quick right into our driveway. Aloha, you have arrived!
