Regular Season
For non-package bookings, the hotel must receive a one-night deposit plus tax payable by cash, check, or credit card within ten days of booking. When booking online, the deposit will be charged to your credit card immediately. Cancellation notice is required three days prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge plus state tax for all arrivals. "No shows" result in a one-night room charge plus state tax.
High Season
February 8-March 31 and June 8-August 15. For non-package bookings, a two-night deposit plus tax is required within ten days from booking date. When booking online, the deposit will be charged to your credit card immediately. Cancellation notice is required fourteen days prior to arrival to avoid a two-night charge plus state tax. No shows result in a two-night cancellation charge plus state tax.
Holiday Period, December 22-31, 2008
For arrivals during the Holiday Period of December 22-31,2 008, there is a five-night minimum stay. For non-package bookings, a five-night deposit plus tax is required within ten days from booking date. When booking online, the deposit will be charged to your credit card immediately. Cancellation notice is required fourteen days prior to arrival to avoid a charge equivalent to a five-night stay, room plus state tax. Any checkout earlier than the confirmed departure date will incur a five-night charge of room and tax, to include unused nights. "No shows" result in a charge equivalent to a minimum five-night stay, room plus state tax. Name and date changes will not be accepted for any previously confirmed bookings during the Holiday Period.

Taxes and Miscellaneous
Tax: State Tax 4.166% plus 7.25% Room Tax; total 11.416%.
Rental Car Taxes and Fees: Package prices include the base rental car rate and state excise tax. Other fees, along with optional insurance coverage are not included in the package price. Parking: $9 per day for self-parking and $11 per day for valet parking, with in-and-out privileges.
Family plan: Children 17 years and younger stay free
when sharing a room with parent/guardian utilizing existing
bedding. Maximum room occupancy is four persons except for
the Ocean Front Family Suite, which is five persons; children
over age 17 will be charged the additional person rate of
$30.00 daily. Children five years and younger eat all
meals free at the Kaanapali Mixed Plate Restaurant and Tiki
Terrace Restaurant when accompanied by a paid adult. "Aloha
Passport for Kids" is a complimentary amenity program, offered
for children 12 years and younger.
Maximum Occupancy/Bedding/Rollaway/Crib: Room rates are
based on single/double occupancy, except the Ocean Front Family
Suite, which is quoted per unit, per day, for up to a maximum
of five people. The maximum occupancy is four in all other room categories. Rollaway charge is $20 (available in king-bedded rooms only). Guests paying
the extra person charge will not be charged for a rollaway. Cribs
are complimentary.
Smoking and Non-Smoking Accommodations
Hotel guestrooms are designated 80% non-smoking in accordance with Hawaii State Law. Please advise your room preference when making reservations.
